LOL:laugh: ! No, but for reals... I am so proud of myself! I am my own success story! Half my size (from pants size 14-15 to now size 6-8, shirt size XL to S-M), From Obese to Normal BMI Range, from 200+ lbs at my highest to 140 lbs. Thank you to everyone who stuck with me through thick and thin (literally) and helped motivate me through it all! Thank you MFP! Thank you FitBit! Thank me for having the strength and patience to get myself to this point and never looking back!

Let's make this a Happy and Healthy Year! :D

    Honestly, I was always Happy... I think that is the key... starting off with an optimistic attitude and not letting anyone or anything bring you down! But yes, I definitely enjoy clothes shopping a lot more now :) Thanks for the Kind words!!! :wink:

    Hi Pusheen!

    Well, I wanted to lose 50 lbs in one year, but it took me about a year and a half. I was not disappointed... Weight loss requires a lot of patience. It will not just happen overnight!

    I set my goal on this site and let it tell me how many calories allowed per day. Easy peasy :) Started cutting out bad things slowly... like fast food, pizza ( even though I looooved it) and flavored beverages. I started exercising (running mostly)... with my Fitbit (daily step tracker/pedometer that syncs to this website) as a big motivator.

    Each week I would weigh in and report (only once a week)... I took progress pics! This is one of the key elements to weight loss! When I took my before pics I fully intended to change! I was setting myself up for success!!!!
