Gym Pact with in home gym?

Has anyone had any success with using gym pact and your in-home elliptical/treadmill/stationary bike? I can't afford a gym and it's too damn cold to go outside and I can watch whatever I want on my tv with my ellipitcal in my living room... any way to make GymPact work this way? Can Runkeeper do it? I don't know!

    I use the motion tracker when I walk on the treadmill. If I hold the phone or use an armband then it works well. When I go for outside runs I use runkeeper, but gym-pact only accepts runs that are GPS verified. If I log a treadmill run on runkeeper then gym-pact does not accept it.

    I have been using gym-pact for about 5 months, and it's been motivational to me. I'm excited about the new pacts for food.
