When I lost my big chunk of weight last year (25 pounds in 6 weeks) I went from a size 9 to a size 1. So that's 4 sizes from 25 pounds which for me was only 6 pounds per size.0

Last time I took the weight loss journey, I lost 30 pounds and ended up going down from a 14 to a 10 and XL shirt to M (US). I went from 210 to 160. Looking forward to trying again and being successful this time.0

lost 14 lbs so far turned me from a size 4 to size 0. Pretty exact since I tried on the same pair of jeans in banana republic (same style even same color). 5 months ago it was a tight size 4 and now its a comfy size 0. I bought the size zero of course since I needed more dress pants and because it was a testament of my weight loss. lol0

43 lbs - zero sizes. Can't wait until I can buy new clothes!0

I started at size 22 and I have lost about 55 lbs and I'm a size 18 for the most part. Those are US sizes. I have a roll of excess skin right my underline so that makes it so I buy larger size pants.0

Lost 32-33 pounds.
Was wearing a tight 8/normal 10 L. Sometimes 12!
Tried on a 6L the other day and it was too big. (Bought another 6L.) Wish I could have tried on the 4L!
I would say I lost about two sizes but it's hard to say when every store fits you so differently.0 -
Around 60lbs / Gone from a size 18 (UK size) to a size 10/120

I started last year as a US 20W weighing 233 pounds. Currently, I am about 193 pounds in a US 12 (curvy). I am 5'4".
Last year I was able to log my food 180 days in a row on MFP. This year I am shooting for 365 days in a row!
I also started using the app PACT which connects to MFP and I am logging more veggies/fruits and my gym time.
I am excited about taking part in a Spring Weight Loss Challenge with some friends which is 16 weeks long. I am hoping to lose another 25-30 during that time. My goal for the year is at least 40 pounds lost. I would like to get down to a size US 8.
I have never been an 8, even in high school I was a 14-16.0 -

Highest weight: Size 18/20 at Lane Bryant and more than 210 pounds.
Current: Size 11 junior's at Kohl's (though some of their 13's are too tight. Depends on the brand, but most of their 13's there are a bit loose) and about 165 pounds.
Goal: Size 9 jeans and less than 150 pounds.
Surprisingly, I decided to try on my old XXL Mickey Mouse pajama pants. I was able to squeeze my whole body into one of the pant legs, and those pants used to fit me perfectly. I think this is a reason to splurge on smaller PJ's. :drinker:0 -
Highest weight was 250's with a waist of 42...currently I'm 193lbs and a waist size of 34. Started in August. What a journey!:happy:0
-
My highest size was a 20 / XXL and about 240lbs (my highest non pregnant weight). I'm now down 93lbs from when I started MFP in Sept 2012 and 100lbs total. I wear between a size 2 & 4 pants and small shirts.0
