      AMAZING! Congrats! I think you show everybody it doesnt depend on money and free time only, but free will! Is not about the gym or the excuses, you did so great with discipline and courage! I am amazed. I am trying to lose 10 kg and sometimes I feel overwhelmed, but you did work of Hercules and succeed! Very inspiring, thanks!

      hey great job! Im the same shape as you so its been hard to be honest about my weight gain when it was well proportioned.

      any tips? advice? anything!

      Really nothing that you havent heard i'm sure. Move more, eat less. I eat many more fruits and veggies and save the processed stuff for weekends. I eat lighter breakfast and lunches so i can eat a bit more at dinner (my favorite meal). I cut all soda completely and replaced it with water. And move. I tried to get some type of physical activity at least 30 minutes a day. You dont have to be in a gym working out for it to count, you can walk or run anywhere. You can chase after your kids. You can have a dance party in your living room with them. Just MOVE.
