Hi there,

I have a few USA buddies which is great, but a bit tricky when we talk about foods and recipes etc

So I am looking for UK chums!

A bit about me, I am 44 yrs 5ft 6in with about 3 stone to lose, and currently a size 18. I wanna be slimmer and fitter.... I am on 1300 cals a day and really trying hard!

I am based in Leicestershire, work in Cambridge and used to live in London...:)

    I am from the UK, near Bristol at the moment but from nearer London originally. I still have approximately 28 lbs to go, currently eat 1700 calories with very little exercise (going to have to change that at some point)
