    WOW! WOW! You are awesome i'm in tears! That is my dream! I have always been heavy... I have REstarted this on the 1st as of now on the 4th I weigh 5 lbs less! My problem is I weigh myself every morning to make sure i'm doing right, probably bad right? I guess I'm also having Problems buying all the healthy foods due to money and I'm a huge picky eater!!! My question to you is how often do you weigh yourself and any ideas to make me no so picky!? Thanks and PS thanks for sharing your really an inspiration not to only me but for everyone that is doing this and struggling!

    what a beautiful family! congrats, you look awesome! i love how you included your kids rather than using them as an excuse as to why you couldn't/didn't eat healthy, exercise, etc! what a great role model you are for them.
