How do you enter T25 Workout in my MFP daily log?

Can someone tell me how to enter the T25 workout in my daily exercise log? I did a search and could not find it.

    I usually enter them under aerobics. There is nothing specific for T25

    For alpha phase, you could use entries for cardio or circuit training for the different workouts.

    I have started creating database entries for T25, they of course won't be totally accurate, but they are a guide.

    I log under cardio and create a new exercise. I use a HRM to track the calories and time. Once it's created, it will stay on your list.
