    Your story and pictures help keep me motivated. At 5'3'' and 198 at my heaviest (Im currently 181) My build is very similar to what your was..And to see how great you look now, it gives me hope.

    Thank you for sharing your inspiration story with the rest of us. Yes, you look fabulous but I'll bet the real difference for you has been how fabulous you FEEL! I've been using myfitnesspal for about five months. I started trying to lose 50 lbs about 1 year ago. Have lost ~25 lbs so far -- another 25 to go. It's coming off slowly but that's the way I wanted to do it. Thanks for your story. Stories like this help some of us stay motivated!

    Great job! You look amazing! I am currently 228 (my heaviest) and should be around 155, I am 5'9. It is overwhelming to need to lose so much weight. Even if I lost 20 lbs...I'd only be at 208 and that still seems sucky! Especially because 6 months ago I was around that weight anyways. Your story and pics were very inspirational! Thanks for sharing your story!
