Morning all.

After being on MFP for the last 9 months, I am serious about keeping it up this time round. Temptation is in the office where I work (a tuck shop in a cupboard full of nasty stuff) and I want to lose a fair bit of weight (288lbs last weigh in, although not yet weighed myself on a calibrated set of scales).

I'm 33, 20 1/2 stone and XXXL polo shirts is too far for me.

I hope I can keep it up. So far so good.

I've bounced around on diets for years, this time I really want to buckle down and do it for real. I love your thing about XXXL being too many X's. Also, I simply cannot afford to buy bigger clothes. I don't have the money!

Good luck, hopefully the support of MFP and your friends will help. :)
