Suushhii!!! Thank God for Sushi!

It is delicious, nutritious and low calorie! When I eat it, it fills me up and I still feel like I'm treating myself because it is SOOO GUUUUD! It kept me under my daily calorie goal today. Yesss!

Does anyone else out there have a food like that? Do you ever think THANK GOD FOR ____! Or I'd don't know what I'd do!

    Sushi is a great food. I haven't had any in a couple of months, but I have a feeling I will be enjoying it very soon. I had some oysters last weekend and oh my! I haven't had oysters since June. Only downfall was they were so stinkin' tiny. Sheesh. $5.75 for a dozen that can all fit on three crackers or less is a bit ridiculous.

    It really depends what you eat. I normally grab california roll or boston roll when I'm at work (don't trust the raw stuff from a cafeteria lol). All 12 peices California roll: 226 cal; Boston roll: 234 cal. Today I had the Snow Crab roll for the first time: 226 cal.

    I love sushi too! Just discovered it this year (I used to be very picky but I've been expanding my food repertoire exponentially). I just discovered that hard boiled eggs have only 40 cals per egg, 0g sugar, and 6g protein! So awesome.

    I love sushi too! I think the rice makes it not a low-cal food though ;) I made temari-zushi (hey, it's the quickest and easiest!) with eel and 4Tbs of rice. Very yummy but I always want to eat too many.... ^^;

    I love sushi just as much as the next person but becareful which ones you get because depending on the roll their are types that are fried, which you would want to avoid.
