No miles for me
Actually the good news is that injury #2 seems to be healed enough for me to hit the weights, the elliptical, and spin class so that's what I'm doing. I suppose the elliptical probably tracks mileage, just never thought to look. Still no running though (injury #1). Might give it a try on Friday.

1.556 today and I was even able to run a little! (like a minute but we all have to start somewhere!)0

Yesterday I put in 2.5 miles plus barn chores (1/4 mile walk up and down the hill in snow + other exercise). Today, the same: 2.5 miles on the treader. Also did barn chores today. Plus a 20 minute video workout routine.0
