Hmmm... I love them plain, but....

Honey tastes great on them. Splenda if you need 0 cal, just go easy on it or it will taste funny. Juice them and add in some sweeter fruits like strawberries, oranges, and/or tangerines. I love half oj half grapefruit (with or without tequila :-p). Soda water with fresh grapefruit is awesome too.

Cook with them. Great on chicken or fish. Look up a teriyaki recipe and sub it in for the pineapple.

Yum. Now I want one. Good thing I have one left at home!

hmmm. I've always liked them plain cause they have such a unique taste. My initial advice would have been to "google it" but the internet is right at my finger tips and contains many wonders. I found this...if you like yogurt or sorbet, it may be a good combo:

My mom used to add the segments to her oatmeal with cinnamon and loved it. Give it a try!

I like them plain - some folks eat them with salt (I suspect to cut the bitterness - salt can a decent job at that).

I eat them plain as well or sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar.

Cut into sections and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds - nice color contrast and the seeds add crunch.

I just eat them cold with salt. But I like sour and bitter tastes. After reading your post, though, I'm gonna have to try one broiled with brown sugar on top. ????
