What moron made the [ img ] case sensitive? And can't url-encode the space?

OK, I give up! What am I doing wrong?
OK, so its the mobile upload it doesnt like. I just uploaded a pic from another gallery in Photobucket and it loaded fine. I took the "%20 out and put a space in but still no joy. ARGH!
