    You are looking amazing.

    Keep up the good work. I too have plateaued out after a big initial weight loss. It happens. Don't stop doing what you are doing. EVERY bit of exercise you do can only be beneficial to your overall health.

    Keep track of what you eat, but dont let it rule your life - just remember that it is more about changing your lifestyle, rather than a crash course in weight loss.
