So I have been eating a ton of fruit, and I have found that its very very hard to stay under on my carbs...
Are carbs from fruit okay?
I thought fruit is encouraged lol?

Maybe try substituting some of the fruit you eat for some vegetables.0

Veggies and fruits, have carbs....I personally dont worry about my Carbs, when I see its due to the amount of fruits and veggies, I had for that day....
There are however some fruits and veggies, that have less carbs than others...If the high carbs is a bother to you, research and find the lower carb ones, and go with those.
Apples are high in carbs, but I have to have my apple a day, so I dont worry about it.

As with everything, moderation is key. You will not lose weight eating a ton of fruit even though it is natural. Try to substitute some veggies and only eat a few portions of fruit per day, for a woman on an average 1200 calorie per day plan you should only have 2-3 servings of fruit per day.0

Perhaps eat 1/2 a ton of fruit as opposed to an entire ton.

lol.
Yeah I am just ahving a tough time. I need to do better shopping guess, but I have been eating so much sodium. Now I am trying to do better on sodium, but I am eating more carbs. WTH.
There are too many factors I promise. lol Under calories, over protein, under sodium, under carbs, over fiber, over water.
This is complex math. Seriously.0 -
While the carbs you get from fruit is natural it will eventually turn to sugar just other carbs. good snacks that do not have many carbs are nuts and cheese cubes/string cheese.0

Try making a meal plan before the day you eat it. That way you can play around with what foods you will eat until you figure out what will give you the right amounts of things to not go over on certain factors.
I do this every time. In fact, I make my weekly meal plans on the weekends, then make my grocery list from the meal plans...saves money doing it that way too.
And if you do that, make sure you are taking into account any exercise you plan on getting those days because you should be eating some of your exercise calories back. If you look at my diary, you would think I go over on everything everyday...but that is actually before I add in the calories I burned from my HRM. I am actually under my calories almost everyday because I exercise with as much intensity as possible. :flowerforyou:0
