Yep 65lbs needs to drop!

Hi my name is Kayla and I'm brand spanking new here. I've added and got rid of this app a couple times but I'm really serious about changing my eating/ exercise habits now. I gave birth to twin boys almost 6 months ago and also have a 2 1/2yr old princess. It's time for me to make time for me if that makes sense. All 3 of my kids birthday 1st and 3rd is on July 21st and I would like at least half of this gone by then. I've done great so far for almost a week. Took my beginning weight, measurements, and pics. I'm starting at 221lbs and would love to be 156lbs Im 5'4" Any advice or success stories / pics ect would be amazing and I'm sure even more motivating. Thanks everyone I could really use some weight loss buddies. :)
