I am 5'4, I'm guessing that's short to "average" height. I am currently 134 lbs, and I'd like to lose about 15-20 lbs.
My goal weight is 115 lbs. Anyone else with similar weight loss goals?

I'm 5ft 2 and currently 136lbs - my goal weight is 130-133lbs
My stats are: Bust 34" Waist 27" Hips 36" Thighs 19" (which I'm pretty proud off! :-D)
In my 20's I was 120lbs and looked slim then... but I am already slim looking now at 136 (I do a lot of working out and strength training)and don't want to look gaunt or haggard cos I'm older (in my 40s)
The answer is going to be different for everyone depending on frame and age
ps I do believe there is 'big boned' as in broader shoulders, wider hips and I am one of those, my hips wont ever go to less than 35" for example as there is no padding on them even now.0 -

5'2" started at 180lb now 169lb and aiming at around 133. I'm in my mid-forties with a sedentary job and a long commute to work so exercise ain't my thing but pound by pound the weight is coming down :0)0
