He means does he need to exercise , or eat more or less. I think...

You need a good meal plan, stick to it, and working out helps.

sure. I'll do my best, but the title is pretty clear that its a weird question.

When someone wants a desired weight different from the initial starting baseline, would it be best to eat exercise with an increasing or decreasing value? Please represent this in a formula.

calories in Vs calories out Bill

consume less calories than you burn on a daily basis consistently for weight loss and use exercise to increase the calorie deficit

There is this one odd rule that you must follow and tummy fat will go down. I don't remember it off hand, but if you look around the site I think you will see ads for it if you are lucky.

  • Bill, are you a fan of Lewis Carroll?

Yes, no, and sometimes. Your caloric intake for weight loss should be based on your current weight and activity level. If, for instance, you weight x amount of lbs. you must eat less than y amount of calories to lose weight. Obviously, over time both the x and y values will reduce as you lose weight. When you consider the addition of excercise, this is just another variable that will increase the calorie deficit. So as you lose weight, consume less calories to continue to lose weight. :smokin:
