reducing the gut

This question is for the guys. Since i've been doing the gym and My Fitness Pal over 1½ years ago i've managed to lose almost 50 lbs. I still have a gut and am wondering if anyone has any advice on ways to help reduce it, such as what to eat, what not to eat, are there certain exercises I should be doing more of, etc. I currently do about an hour of cardio at the gym, plus strength training and crunches/sit ups. Any other suggestions?

keep losing weight while eating at a reasonable deficit.. keep doing strength training with cardio (prob dont need an hour).. Looking to reduce BF% so I would start tracking that too.0
