I want to get stronger!

I feel like my workouts have plateaued, and I would love some muscle building support! It's difficult to know what to do when you're sort of making it up as you go. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Don't do this. Follow a set plan that someone who does know what they're doing has created. New Rules of Lifting for women and StrongLifts are good ones. Starting Strength as well.

Many of us puttered around with weights, cobbled things together, etc. before finding a good, progressive lifting program. Gains comes strongly and more consistently from a program.

    All of this ^^^^^

Except for everything except heavy lifting.

And use an established progressive program.

    What sjohnny said.

Don't make it up as you good.
That's no good, no wonder you plateaued.

    What are you goals?
