I'm 5'4 and currently at 166. My short term goal is to get to 150, and my ultimate goal is to be around 135ish. I have a muscular build; huge calves and broad shoulders. When I'm overweight, I tend to carry my fat over my belly and torso. This is the year I get back to my pre-kid weight! I signed up for a 10k today, so it's going to happen. I've got until 6/1 to lose weight and train for it!0

Hi i'm 5'4'' and getting shorter
My start weight was just over the 200lbs mark, lost 19lbs so far would like to get to 140lbs I think but once I get there I may change that to lower, I am all bum and thighs no matter what weight I am just my genetic make up I guess

I'm 5'2 and trying to lose my baby weight...wanting to be back at pre baby weight of 118lbs...currently at 152..got a ways to go.

I'm 5 ft 4 and 152 at the moment.
Probably looking to lose about 12 lbs to 140 but I'm quite happy not being teeny tiny. I've mainly been around 144 and that looked fine on me. Smallest for me was 132 abd whilst the compliments were nice it was so hard to maintain and I was just on the borderline between 2 sizes0 -
I'm 5'4 and currently 150 pounds. My goal weight is around the 125 mark. In the last 7 years, I have lost 15 pounds 3 or 4x now and each time I have gained it all back, plus some. Part of my problem is that during the weight loss process I always focus on diet and only do cardio. This time I have hired a personal trainer and am going to work on strength. I think that will make a difference. Best of luck to all.0

I am 5'3" and that was my goal last year. I was 140 and am now down to 114.8. It is a really nice weight for my height. Now I just need to maintain and tone up a little more. Good luck on your journey!0

5'4" on a good day (although doctors insist im 5'2"!!!) and 143. highest 172! lowest 134 and i looked good! i wanna be 126 but seeing everyone elses goals has made me wanna be 120.0

Me too...I am 5ft 3 and am currently 176. I am setting my first goal at about 150 then to 146 then lower.....this is the first time I have used MFP as I have usually followed WWatchers points. I usually do Zumba twice a week but she has only gone and got married and is currently in Mexico so that doesn't start again till 20th Jan soooo I am trying a quick 6 mins every morning sprinting on the rowing machine (can fit this in between getting ready for work and the children)0

i'm 5 4-my starting weight was 214-my weight now is 135-my gw is 124 to 127-i started weight watchers 5 years ago-I go for my weigh in once a month-to stay at lifetime-but I truly the last 2 months follow MFP SINCE I found it-and do the 1200 calories-but I did the points for 5 years-I do to zumba and bootcamp and do weights -cardio-I love to lift-but my goal is to get 125- and to e fit and toned-I been on this journey and happy to live a healthy lifestyle-please feel free to add me0
