I am 5'3 with my starting weight being 206, and my current weight being 197.8. My goal is 140. Once I reach this goal I then will re-evaluate, and decide if I want to lose anymore weight.0

Me too...I am 5ft 3 and am currently 176. I am setting my first goal at about 150 then to 146 then lower.....this is the first time I have used MFP as I have usually followed WWatchers points. I usually do Zumba twice a week but she has only gone and got married and is currently in Mexico so that doesn't start again till 20th Jan soooo I am trying a quick 6 mins every morning sprinting on the rowing machine (can fit this in between getting ready for work and the children)0

i'm 5 4-my starting weight was 214-my weight now is 135-my gw is 124 to 127-i started weight watchers 5 years ago-I go for my weigh in once a month-to stay at lifetime-but I truly the last 2 months follow MFP SINCE I found it-and do the 1200 calories-but I did the points for 5 years-I do to zumba and bootcamp and do weights -cardio-I love to lift-but my goal is to get 125- and to e fit and toned-I been on this journey and happy to live a healthy lifestyle-please feel free to add me0

At the beginning, my goal weight was 113 pounds...
Then when i reached it i changed it to 110
Then changed it to 107
the tried to maintain and still lost
I'm now 103 and I feel great there

I'd like to join in. I'm 5' and cw is 136. Last April I started out at 163 lbs. W/orked w/ a dietician to lose so far. Now I'm just taking what I've learned and doing it myself. I did get down to 127 lbs. but moved to another state and w/ the holidays put a little back on.
My goal is 115 lbs.

I'm 5'1. Trying to get to 125. Started at 165 after giving birth to twins and being a stay home mom (lazy bum, lol). Really wanna accomplish this by my 32nd birthday in April. Almost there!0
