I can't believe Melissa Bender hasn't been mentioned already! She's amazing, check her out:

I vote for bender too. She's straight foward, no non-sense.

Don't you find holding your lap top makes it difficult to follow the arm movements?

I can't use my PC for this because there's not room between the table and the washing machine, but maybe I can get youtube up on the WiiU and do it that way.

I know right, the place where I have my PC (don't have a laptop) is ultra small! But what I do is I download the video using aTube catcher (pretty cool app if you haven't used it before) and then I put it in a USB and use it in my PlayStation 3 so I can do it in the living room which is bigger. You can also plug it in your TV if your TV holds USBs. Hope this helps anyone that has a similar issue.

I actually enjoy the misadventures of Matt Ogus and Andrea Valdez

    http://www.youtube.com/user/flexforall2 Ogus <-- natural bodybuilder
    http://www.youtube.com/user/andreavaldezhealth Valdez <-- figure competitor

Not a couple, but cute together nonetheless. Here's a vid of them from last year grocery shopping. I dunno, I find it charming.

Glad I saw this, off to bed but BUMP BUMP BUMPing for later :) {Here's a fun fact, I don't even know what that means "bump for later". Ha! I see it all the time. So once I officially bump something, how then do I pull up said bumps to actually read them later?} :embarassed:

go into your profile page and at bottom left you'll see all the topics you've replied to, click to see them all listed and you'll find what you 're looking for :)

Been following the Athlean-X (Jeff Cavalier) channel for a while now. while his ultimate goal is to sell you into his paid workout plan (which i might spring for) he offers a ton of great tips and info along with free workouts and exercise variations
I really like that he takes a PT focus on things, which is great for those of us with blown out shoulders etc.

Fitness blender every time for me. I like their no BS style, and their Q&A videos show they really know their stuff and aren't full of bull. Their 20min warm down is totally great to do after a mega long bike ride, makes me feel much better the next day.

Elliott Hulse @ Strengthcamp, and if I'm in the mood for a laugh, Dom Mazzetti @ Brosciencelife. The Twins don't bother me too much either.
