Miss Your Sour Cream?

Here's a recipe for mock sour cream made with cottage cheese. I originally learned to do this at Diet Center and it has been an excellent substitute for years! Instead of making just a small amount, I use a whole container of cottage cheese for the recipe and then store it back in the original cottage cheese container. It's readily available for dollops on anything you choose!
