Was watching Oprah today and it was a Dr Oz show, and apparently, a diet that is high in calcium also excretes higher levels of fat. Havent looked any further into it yet, but I thought it was quite interesting
(and a great justification for us cheese lovers! - lol).

Thats why they say to add a glass of milk daily and to eat yoghurt. It is supposed to help lose fat.0
