    I joined a weight program on Monday at the local Y. So, I am on my second day of dieting (probably my 200th time of starting a diet). I am very determined this time. I really can't afford a gym right now, so I am looking to see what I have at home. I have a treadmill, 2 1/2 lb weights and we also have a WII (I know, as my son said "It is a dinosaur" which I have the exercise software for.

    I need some guidance on how to create a workout with these items. Any suggestions on any good programs on TV I can record?
