HI there!

Hey everyone,

I've been on MFP for a while, and I've gotten back into my account to help me with my weight loss goals. I'm currently taking it one day at a time. :)

Some stats: I'm f /5'4"/ 22yrs/ 168 pounds.

I want to make 2014 an incredible year. I've lost weight before - the lowest I can remember being is 120lbs - and I would like to get back to that. After I got out of high school I stopped caring, and my weight skyrocketed. I've had something of a revelation (reddit forums help), and I now feel like I have the strength to drop my excess pounds.

    I used to be on MFP a long time ago...but fell off. I just started back up in 2014.

    Also, I thought I'd try something new this time around, so I joined Jenny Craig because a couple of co-workers said it worked for them. Been on JC for a week and lost 4lbs so far. Yipppiee

    I told my JC counselor that I was using MFP to track my meals. She was impressed and told me to stick with it.

    I've never tried JC myself, but I've heard really good things about it - and it's really cool that your counselor is enthusiastic about MFP!

    Good luck in your endeavors. I hope the combination of the two programs gives you awesome results!
