Finally decided to change my life after realising i have an unrecogniseable body after 2 kids.
Joined a gym yesterday and very keen to get started.
Im most worried about getting rid of my twice c/section overhang when I loose weight. I guess time will tell how it will look

    Hi Sarah. Im new today and have been reading posts. I have not written to anybody but you sound just like me. I have two boys had two c sections and man do I hate that hanging "pouch". good luck I know you will do it!
