    I think another description of you should be Super-Hero. Especially for your kids. You are inspiring so many people on MFP, but just think of the encouragement you are going to be for your own kids. Teach them now to have a healthy relationship with food and exercise. My kiddos are a bit older and I'm having to try to reprogram them at 11, 13, and 15 years old...it's not the easiest thing to do. ;)

    Keep at it, you are definitely a rock star!

    Jonathan and Anthony, how can one lose over 100 lbs in 6 or 8 months. I can onli lose 2 lbs a week on 1,200 calories. Can you help me lose faster?

    pretty amazing and inspirational - I love how you took your loss and made it in to something so much more positive than simply grief and victimizing yourself even more than you had already had during your younger years.

    It was when my mom passed away that I too decided I needed to make a change in my life - wasn't as drastic as yours but it was in all aspects of life.
