    Friday workouts are great AND necessary! Celebrate a work week done and earn some weekend calories!
    If it's your "regular" that's bumming you out, try something new. Maybe drop in on a local gym class. Even without a memebership most places will let you guest for a fee or even free sometimes to try and reel you in!

    Funny you said that about going to the gym. They are opening one up a few blocks from where i live, and the word on the street is that they are going to open up very early, so that people can go prior to work. I was thining of joining that. Normall i get up and do the treadmil for 1/2 hour then at work we do the stairs and walk on our lunch break. I think the gym will give me that extra on the weekends that i think i need
