      Great work and it shows! For all those saying that lifting weights and looking feminine are mutually exclusive, you are the poster girl for proving them wrong. Muscles are sexy and nothing says feminine like a super tiny defined waist. Scarett O'Hara would have been green with envy.

      If it isn't too much inconvenience, could you also do picture comparison of your hightest weight/lowest weight/your-fantastic-lifting body! So that people like me who is still going back-n-forth between cardio/weights for loosing weight/inches (respectively); can get an idea.

      Ok this is what I put together and stats are there too. Look at how slim my legs were lol th cardio legs ; P

      My trainer in high school was in charge of a large number of beauty pagent girls all the way to Miss America and many of the state winners. That's how I met him; my sister was in pagents. He also did work for some pretty famous body builders in the 70's and 80's. He always had the girls pumping iron.

      This is a great post for all of us to see. Great thread, and you look fabulous! Very nice job!!!
