Counting Macros

I've been counting macros for about a week now and was just wondering how long I should wait to start seeing some weight loss? I've maintained my weight this far, and am not sure how long to wait before I start playing with the numbers to see the scale move.
Right now I'm lifting weights 3x a week and this is what I'm at
22F 133lbs 5'3
Protein 129g
Carbs 147g
Fat 41g
Fiber 30g

which way do you want the scale to move? (i'm hoping up...and giving yourself more food)
eta...missed the bit about weight loss. um. sorry. that doesn't seem like much food to me...I wouldn't be cutting anything! perhaps focus on changing measurements not weight? it might be a better indication0 -
If your lifting weights there's a good chance that scales not going to move at all BUT you should take measurments odds are your loseing inches!0
