Yes count me in for the weekly weigh in. I am starting the weigh in thing tomorrow anyway. Still setting up my account on here. Also, out of curiousity, does anybody here not have bread for lunch? I am phasing out of eating bread, in particular for lunch, and wondering what else to eat apart from pasta and rice and am unsure where to look on here for direction.

Well today is my start weigh in. I weigh 90.7, stink as last time before christmas I weighed 88.7. Such as life, I will get it off and more .
I also know for me exercising 3 times a week is not just about loosing weight it is about feeling good. I will be weighing on a monday.0 -
