What I love about before and after pics (besides the incredible results, of course) is the looks and expressions on the after pics. There is pride, confidence, and inner strength shining through. Truly a great feeling to be getting fit and getting healthy! You just feel better! Good luck to everyone as we continue this journey. I am really hoping for lifestyle change this time!
