To everyone else who's struggling to lose weight, just PUSH on. It's consistency that's key. Give it your best and just keep pushing. Trudge through the sweat. Feel the weight of every step and savour it, because it's going to be worth it in the end. :flowerforyou:

Here's mine - it took me about 6 months to lose 20kg/44lbs in 2011. Fell off the wagon a bit in the past two years, but still maintaining the same weight till now!
My strategy: Cut out all simple carbs & limit dinner calories. Also completed 30 Day Shred & a month of Insanity! Still not at my ideal body yet, am working towards it slowly but surely.
Remember why you started and you'll definitely get there.
