Hi
I am looking at improving my flexibility as it is and always has been shocking!
I saw a thread here the other day about some program's to follow but can't seem to find it now and didn't take note.. :ohwell:
Just looking for a program that's easy to follow for a compete beginner. Thanks!

My master Al Kavadlo has a flexibility book coming out in 2 weeks, I will be purchasing it and reviewing it. Add me as a friend and I will update you when its out!0

You can try PNF stretching (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation). It's really good for improving flexibility. Just make sure you're properly warmed up before doing this and you have a training buddy to help.
PNF basically works to override the stretch reflex and increases the joints range of motion.0 -
PNF is dangerous for beginners
Static stretching would most likely be a better option
Maybe try some yoga or something? Or just stretch everyday. The best time to stretch is when your muscles are already warm - ie after exercise0
