2 weeks of badness....

I've gained 4lbs

My head wasn't in it.

Today, my reset button has been pushed and I am back on track. Nice workout today, food so far, so good. Now if I can make sure I keep this up I can lose all of those 4lbs by next week :D

    Look back on it fondly. Your penance is 20 extra minutes of exercise and 1 Holy Mary as you try and choke down a brussel sprout.

    2 week is better than 2 months or 2 years....just look forward and I know you will be dropping the weight again in no time. Plus, sometimes our bodies, minds, etc, need the break, or the badness!
