Back from a week long trip of buying hotel breakfasts, buying lunches, dinners and "out of order" fitness rooms. I tried to log everything in the beginning, but couldn't keep up. Spotty internet didn't help. Airport food can be great tasting, but calorie intense.
Everything should get back to normal soon, but wow it was a little rough on the bike this morning.

Broadly my life. I'm in hotels two to three nights per week, but I run rather than using the gym so manage to keep my training going.0
