New year, new motivation, new start.... same goal!

i have come back with a renewed vigour - and this time - oh boy, I am going to do this thing! 3 stone to lose. A pound a week is fine by me. We can do this. It is great to get support, and share ideas. No more money wasting , time wasting ideas, no more failure - just healthy food in (no processed rubbish) and exercise!!!!

I'm 55 years young (!) When I did loads of exercise before I didnt' lose - it has to be diet to work!!!

by the way, is it good to have loads of "friends" added - I felt guilty the last time I did this as I didn't really chat with anyone!

    how about a better goal? or going about it a completely different way this time?

    like trying everything that you dont think would work for you.

    like not focusing so much on dieting and instead focusing on building your athletic abilities and seeing the supremely positive effects that that would have on your body.
