    I'm a data nerd, love to collect it and analyze it. I went through the posts and surveyed what macronutrient category got most votes for producing gas. This is what I found, from most to least:

    Carbs = 50
    Carbs + fat = 12
    Carbs + fat + protein = 8
    Protein = 5
    Fat + protein = 5
    Other (vitamins, medicine, etc) = 4
    Fat = 3

    To summarize, carbohydrates got most votes, and fats received the least.

    beans and pizza are really the only two I've noticed.

    When I was younger, eggs and many veggies...but I eat eggs & vegetables all of the time now and very rarely have gas.
