hellooo!!

My name is Jesse.

I guess I'll start by stating my goals and reason for joining.

Right now I weigh 230lbs 6ft tall 22 yrs old. I'm currently training for a police physical fitness test.

The test consists of:
1.5 mile run in 13 mins.
92% of body weight maximum effort bench press (which we should just call 230 lbs for 1 rep)
27 pushups
37 situps

I have no real time constraints on this goal, but right now it seems so far away.

I joined because I'm seeking advice on a few topics, such as:
Motivation
Diet (portion control & food recommended for dieting)
And Support.

I appreciate all who help!
And I respect/envy all of you who work out routinely and obtain your goals!

In return I can offer some unrelated advice on survivalism, law enforcement, firearms saftey, martial arts, and I can provide emotional support on various different topics.

So feel free to ask! I encourage learning and growing!
