Hi everyone!

Decided at the ripe old age of 43 that its time to get rid of a few extra pounds I tucked away in case I was stranded in a remote island and needed the fat storage to survive. Now being a business owner and pretty much fixed in the UK, I guess the island plan is probably not going to happen. So time to trim up somewhat.

Looking for support in losing 10K to start with :-)

Any help and support welcome or share survival tactics on the diet :-)

Oh BTW I am trying the slow carb diet by Tim Ferriss.

    haha that desert island plan didn't work out for me either ! still stuck on the UK and gaining pounds fast .

    Am on the NHS diet plan, my first week. !

    Good luck, you can do it, here's to the first 2kg :happy:
