Zig Zag Diet???? Anyone tried this calorie counting diet??? Seems high in calories but seems to make sense???

that's interesting. so no matter how many calories you burn exercising you try and hit that zig zag calorie target.
the calorie target does seem high.

I'm not following a plan per se, I'm just zig zagging my calories and exercise on my own. This week I'm low cal and high move.0
