    Here is the thing about support... everyone needs support in different ways... some people can get away without any at all, whereas there are some that needs spanx...

    and apparently the Spanx have shoes attached and turned her slightly to the left. She looks like she's holding her breath in the 2nd picture.

    Surely we are all on here because we have weight difficulties of some kind? It's more like cyber bullying at times which makes you want yo rush for the comfort food. People need to grow up and encourage others, if not why bother being on here.


    Since I am at the office, I cannot insert a "lonely soul on a dock while the boat pulls away" gif..............

    Correcting those who may post misinformation is not bullying - however, there seems to be an entire group of people who feel it is. Sometimes, a sarcastic and joking post turns into what is deemed as bullying because some people cannot take a joke. ::beating dead horse::

    However, blaming cyber bullying on you eating comfort food is just :noway: When the blame stops and you take control of what you eat, the weight no longer becomes an issue. I do wish you well in your journey. :flowerforyou:
