Alright you crazies!
I love beer, beer tastings, beer festivals and love trying new ones! With dinner maybe I'll have one beer that I like (I saved some calories for that tonight! yay!). But some days I may want a few and it'd be good to have a lighter or lower calorie option.

Soooo let me rephrase: What's your favorite beer? How many calories in it? Are there lighter options you enjoy?

    Well yes, I agree haha I love beer.and trying new ones. just wondering if there was something lighter out there that people really like that I could possibly try

    I just drink beer, and I make it worth it.

    So I won't drink a beer less than 6% ABV when it'll cost me about 200kcal per bottle.

    I enjoy Leffe Blonde. 6.6%, very drinkable Belgian beer.

    Seriously though if you want beer drink real beer, but if it's calories you're worried about stick to vodka or bourbon and learn to like it straight.

    Some beers are under 150 calories without being "light." Guinness Draught, in particular, has roughly 120 calories per pint, I believe.

    RateBeer.com actually has calorie estimations for numerous beers.

    I actually change my answer to this because I love Guinness.

    There are a few beers I've tried lately that are pretty decent for around 150-170 calories per bottle. I enjoyed Lagunitas Daytime IPA and Black Toad Dark Ale and they were right around 140-150. That being said... all my favorite stouts and porters at craft breweries are like 250 cal per pint and worth every calorie!!
