    It's true. The shame.

    It never works.....but all those mountainy pillows of bulging muscle and the abs.....oh God.....the abs.

    After each one I say NO MORE VEGAS! THAT'S IT! THEY ARE BAD FOR YOU!

    But then it happens again.
