Why am I not losing weight

Hi guys,
I am naturally thin but I gained a few extra kilos that I have been trying to lose for months! I am eating about 1500cal a day, sometimes more but I work out when it's the case, between 2 and 4 times a week, I do cardio and pilates.
I don't necessarily need to lose weight but I want to get back in shape and I can't despite all my efforts.

My calorie needs is 1750 and I am very active (I am an intern and I work at a restaurant)

What am I doing wrong???

    Do you weight your food or eyeball it? It is very easy to underestimate the calories you eat and over estimate the calories you burn.

    Do you have weekend binges?

    Bottom line is...if you are not losing weight, you are eating too much. The trick is to find what is the element that is missing.

    How much do you weight if you don't mind me asking? When you are skinny and just losing a few pounds they are stubborn. Are you putting on muscle mass at the gym instead of losing weight? Are you focused on cardio?

    It sounds like you are already lean, and might need to lower you calorie intake, or stick to only certain kinds of foods.

    where you go wrong is not lifting weights/ resistance training

    I don't go overboard anymore I used to LOVE sweets (expect for yesterday but it was my bday i deserved it ahah).
    I always overestimate if im not sure, im literally having salad every day (healthy salads, I make sure I eat enough proteins, fiber, not too much carbs etc)...

    I guess that yes I need to lift weight but I hate it that's why i added pilates to my workouts.
    In cloths it's fine but in bathing suit it's not, I guess im whats called being skinny fat, I also have a lot of cellulite which wasnt the case a year ago
