Has anyone else done them? How good are they? Aren't the uncooked oats too chewy?0

I mentioned subbing nuts, but I left out seeds. You can use sunflower, pumpkin, and sesame seeds to make a simple, portable food with good supplies of iron and magnesium.0

I make these all the time but roll them into balls. 1 is just under 100 calories with coconut flakes included. Sometimes I use almond butter, which is also delish!0

I'm not sure how you get 60 calories per bar... I only used 1/4 cup of honey and added some apricots (180 calories total), and I still get 80 calories per serving. Still sounds good though. Will see how it turns out in a bit!
Only have 4g of protein though0 -
Ok they are delicious. Tiny though, so I just made 16 servings, and they were still pretty crumbly after one hour (maybe because I replaced some of the honey with milk), and I wish they had more protein, but I wasn't really using that almond butter and rolled oats anyway. Now I'm just going to have to resist eating the whole pan because it really doesn't fit my macros at all :laugh:0
