Today I am 2, and I have discovered that...
...coffee black is pretty amazing...
...pistachios are more filling and more addictive than sunflower seeds (and possibly potato chips--the jury's still out on that last one)...
...there is still good beer and even better scotch...
...chocolate is divine and not forgotten...
...honey crisp apples are highly anticipated and enjoyed in their season...
...running is not a curse word (but curse words will be said while running)...
...a degree of fear is good...
...joy and happiness win (there is guilt-free indulgence on vacation, those jeans do look better, new foods are yummy--this could be a list in and of itself)...
...the puppies learn and mark the difference (how many calories are in that banana?)...
...keeping up with puppies is possible (unless age makes it difficult--yeah, that's the problem

...MY Mom is ALWAYS right--and I'm so glad and so grateful.
Here's to the beginning of another year on MFP.

I assume you mean by puppies, you mean your children.
Congratulations on your success, but the world wants to know how much you've lost. However, learning how to have a good relationship with food would be great even if you hadn't lost a pound.
