Looking for protein powders without sucralose

Options
I enjoy using protein powder in my morning shakes (as a meal replacement). However, I just now discovered that my current powder has sucralose. I'm usually good at checking labels, but missed this one somehow.

Can anyone suggest any powders for me without the artificial sweeteners? I've looked at several brands online and am still coming up short for anything suitable.

    Source Organic Whey Protein. I love it. No fillers, or extras. I use Stevia to sweeten it. Only ingredient is whey protein. There's less than 1% Sunflower lecithin.

    Oh I should add that I don't use it as a meal replacement. I put it in my morning smoothie.

    Yeah I wasn't clear, but I do the same thing. My usual is a pumpkin smoothie - canned pumpkin, frozen banana, spinach, almond milk, protein powder, and pumpkin pie spice. Add a few ice cubes and I have 300 cals of a delicious ~30oz drink that lasts me all morning.

    Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Natural Whey. I've used both the chocolate and vanilla, both are good.

    They are have a natural casein line as well.

    The brand is "Source Organic". I buy it off of amazon. I love that it doesn't have filler and stuff that way I can create whatever smoothie I want. :)

    Sunwarrior rice protein powder. I'm partial to the vanilla flavour, but it also comes in "natural" and chocolate. It's sweetened with stevia (which I can taste - I know the taste bothers some people). I particularly like the texture - it's very fine.

    You can get your own blends from true nutrition - they're in the states, postage is a bit exxy to Aus so we buy a 100% WPI and WPC from Boomers

    I use sun warrior blend natural. It is veggie based, and has a very neutral taste. I can drink it plain or blended with a little raw ginger with no problem. The vanilla and chocolate flavors have some weird sweetener (though I think it is stevia, not sucralose), and taste horrible in my opinion. If you go to the company's website, you can request a sampler of their products. I think it ended up having ten different items.     It is stevia (as I mentioned in my previous post...). FYI: Their classic protein in "natural' flavoured protein in natural does in fact contain stevia. The "warrior blend" does not. I don't know if you can taste it, but just be aware if you're not a fan of the stevia taste.

They also had a smaller can so I can give it a whirl. We'll see how it tastes this morning. (I've never had Stevia, but it's got to be better than sucralose health-wise).

    I'm still not sure I want to go with Stevia, so I may likely look into some of the other brands suggested. Thanks, y'all.

    MRM brand protein powders. Pure Nutrition protein powders. Both use stevia only.

    If you DO decide to go with one that has stevia in it, be sure to get a sample of it first. A lot of places sell them in individual packets so you can find one that you like the best. Stevia has a very distinct taste (at least, it does to me), so try it first. (I have no valid opinion about it health-wise compared to sucralose - just my own personal opinion.)

    Another option - have you tried Vega brand? I don't think it has sucralose in it, but I am not sure about stevia.

    I by no means am a health expert. I gave up artificial sweeteners a year ago after my son and I both had seizures (with no other health history, and no causes found through the array of medical testing). I did enough research to see that it is possible that there is a link between artificial sweeteners and seizures. While I know it is probably a wild chance that is what caused our seizures, the doctors/specialists are all without any sort of explanation. So maybe it's more of a "for piece of mind" move on my part, but I have been working to steer clear of aspartame, sucralose, etc as much as possible. I haven't yet found any research regards to Stevia, so it makes me hesitant. I also have a teenager and two small children, so my window of research time is limited.

    I had a similar experience last year as I had a seizure (with no history of them) and they found a brain tumor. Had it removed and had to do radiation treatments all summer. For a few months afterwards, I was convinced that it was aspartame or sucralose that caused it, so I avoided them like the plague. But after really researching it, one would have to consume a lot more of it a day than I use to affect me. It just makes it so much easier to lose weight when I can have splenda and whatnot and I just came to the personal decision that if the artificial sweeteners don't kill me, something else will anyway.

    It's really hard to find diet food without artificial sweeteners and when you do, it's usually really expensive. Honestly, if you still want to avoid them while getting your protein, just skip the shakes and eat more chicken, eggs, cheese, nuts, etc. and enjoy something sweet, with real sugar in it once in a while to cover the cravings. Just fit it in your calories for the day.
